Shipping Information: Our Policies and Procedures

Thank you for shopping at Growthopedia and supporting small businesses. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Growthopedia.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Currently, we are working on an international shipping policy as we want to be able to ship our items globally.

  • Yes, Growthopedia does close for many holiday's. Some of these days include:

  • If you have not received your package within 14 days after purchase, you may reach out to our email, customersupport@growthopedia.com. If your package has not shipped after 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase.

    If the package has already shipped, you may need to contact your local UPS and USPS for more information. With each order, you should receive a tracking number in the mail. If you did not receive a tracking number, please reach out so we can provide more information about your order.

  • All houseplants and packages are handled with delicate care. One of the reasons why our shipping takes so long is that we want to make sure that we provide a quality product. We do understand that timing is everything in today's world, but we are still prioritizing quality or quantity.

    Disclaimer: once the packages leaves our facility we do not have the power to control what happens throughout transit. We prepare each package with this in mind.

  • If your package got lost in the mail contact your local mail carrier for assistance. Most of our packages are shipped with USPS, depending on the size of the shipment, it may be handled with UPS.
