Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for plants at this time. For accessories, pots, supplies, and other merchandise, be sure to make a return within 14 days of purchase. To start the return process email us at customersupport@growthopedia.com

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting exchanges at this time.

  • Depending on our hours of operation, your refund request will be processed within 5 days of submitting it. After a refund is administered it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your card.

  • If your product comes in the mail broken, we may be able to assist you, fill out the form on our contact us page with your issue and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours of submission, it may take longer if message is sent outside of working hours. If you broke your product after it arrived at your door, we will not administer a refund.

  • Each package you order from us comes with its own tracking number, if you did not recieve a tracking number please reach out to our contact us page or email us at customersupport@growthopedia.com.

    If you believe your package is completely lost in the mail, we suggest you contacting your local USPS or UPS for more information on the potential lost package.

  • If your refund request gets approved, you are guaranteed a full refund for your purchase. It may take 7-10 business days to show up on your account. Please review our refund policy for more information on how to submit a refund form.
