We want to ensure that your plants and products are transported to your home with the utmost care. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and may take 2-14 days to ship.

We do not accept returns for plants at this time. For accessories, pots, supplies, and other merchandise, be sure to make a return within 14 days of purchase. To start the return process email us at visit our Return Policy page.
