TABLE POSE 🧘(Goasana)

Benefits:
- Starting Pose for many other poses
-Teaches proper alignment and stability. 
-Improves posture
Directions: (This is a beginner pose)
1. Get on the floor: get on your hands and knees
2. Get Balanced: Make sure that your body is balanced. Your shoulders should be aligned with your wrists. 
3. Strengthen your core: practice good posture by putting your shoulders back and tight.  
4. Place top of feet onto ground: as noted in the drawing above.
