TABLE POSE (Goasana)

Table Pose Goasana)

- Starting pose for many other poses.
- Teaches proper alignment and stability. 
- Improves posture.
Directions: (This is a beginner pose)
1. Get on the floor: Get on your hands and knees.
2. Get balanced: Make sure that your body is balanced. Your shoulders should be aligned with your wrists. 
3. Strengthen your core: Practice good posture by putting your shoulders back and tight.  
4. Place top of feet onto ground: As noted in the drawing above.
