This is the Sun Bird Pose ((Dandayamana Bharmanasana), this is a beginner pose.
Sometimes it can become incredibly difficult to get out their and exercise your mind and body, but it is incredibly important. I too, forget to most days when my mind is cluttered with school, work, and other stressors going on in my life. Although, I know the positive impacts that doing yoga everyday can have on the mind, body, and soul. I can't seem to get myself to get out there and do it, but when I do I feel my greatest. 
When I first started doing yoga, I would constantly tell myself that, I can't focus, I can't stand still, I can't breathe through the pain, I am too tired for this, this hurts so i'm going to stop, I can't stop thinking about thinking about not thinking, so I never did it. I was MANIFESTING my reality and it was a negative one.
Instead, turn it into, take one more breath, focus on that ball running through your body, take another breath, tell yourself this feels good for your mind and muscles, you'll feel so much more energized and get much better sleep after this. MANIFEST positivity and the rest is history!!
